A condition and value survey (CVS) includes the visual inspection of all mechanical, structural and cosmetics of the entire vessel where they can be accessed, an Excel format report explaining findings, pictures and a value computation determining the “Actual Cash Value” of the vessel through several professional boat value programs that are up dated every season. The only mechanical operation conducted during this survey is your navigation lights, horn, VHF radio, bilge pumps, CO monitors. Possible need to operate electric hatch to access engines, bilge pumps, inspect the fire bottle in the engine room and turn the ignition key on for engine hours on a digital tachometer.
NOTE: The owner is responsible for making reservations and payment for haul out inspection, if a haul out is requested/required.
Condition and Value Surveys are priced by the foot:
$24.00 per foot for LOA over 50 feet Cruisers including $1.00 per mile for travel time.
$20.00 per foot for LOA under 50 feet Cruisers including $1.00 per mile for travel time.
$12.00 per foot for LOA all length House Boats including $1.00 per mile for travel time.
$15.00 per foot for LOA all Pontoon Boats and Small Pleasure Craft.
